Step 1: Fill out an application

Download our application, print it out, and clearly fill it out. Each person planning on living in the unit must fill out a separate application.

Step 2: Pay the application fees

Each person planning on living in the unit must pay an application fee. You can pay the $45 application fee through PayPal or send the application and a check to the address in step 3. The instructions for PayPal are listed below.

PayPal Instructions:

  1. Log in to PayPal at http://www.paypal.com/.

  2. Click the Send button.

  3. In the Send money box enter castlepath@comcast.net as the recipient, then click Next.

  4. In the amount box enter $45.

  5. In the What's this for section add a note that says "application fee", then click Next. 

  6. Then click the Send button.

Step 3: Submit your application and fees

You must submit your application, driver's license photo, and application fees in order for us to process your application.  Please choose one of the options below to submit your application.

Option 1: Email your application to castlepath@comcast.net, attach a photo of your driver's license.  Make sure you pay your application fees via PayPal (step 2).

Option 2: Fax your application and a copy of your driver's license to (800) 887-0157 and pay your fees via PayPal (step 2).

 

Option 3: Send your application, a copy of your driver’s license, and the application fee (step 2) via a check to the address below.
